Welcome to our Wyoming blog. On this blog I have been sharing how we came to move here and the 'adventure' we have been on every since. We started with a hillside, and today (6 years later) are finally putting in some landscaping. We are by no means done. I hope you will come along on our adventure.

I also have 2 other blogs. Big Horn Mountain Creations show cases my quilting and other artistic adventures. Decorating my Tin Shack, is about creating a home thru decorating. Both are on the side bar, I hope you will stop by.

Happy Thanksgiving

Oh my goodness, I did not realize
how long it has been since I have
updated this blog.

Alot has been happening.

I wanted to share some
of the fall color this year.
This tree is across the street.

I hope everyone had a good
Thanksgiving.

My Dad is on his last days of life and I just returned from a trip to Nevada to visit with him. He is doing ok for now and has been moved to a better nursing home. It was a good visit with him.

I arrived home from the trip just hours before the snow began. Winter has arrived and the gardening season has come to a close with the 10 degree nights. BUT........spring is teasing with the arrival of 2008 seed catalogs. We were able to enjoy lettuce and tomatoes up until 2 nights ago.

We have begun a little Christmas decorating by putting up the icicle lights, though Kirk was wondering why since we have real icicles, LOL.

Kirk did get to get the cement slab put down in front of the shop, what a difference it makes. We are slowly but surly making improvements around the place....it just takes time and money. Here are a couple of pictures of that.

Next I want to add a roof to the trailer and make it look like a shed instead of a trailer. Grin.

Until later, Gods Blessing to all

Beautiful tree! That cement will make a huge difference. Did you get enough gravel in the driveway yet?
